Children's Ministry

Special Events
Special events such as an Easter Party, Vacation Bible School, Fall Festival and musicals provide times for fun and meaningful interaction with adults and other children.

Sunday Ministries

Sunday School -- Classes for all ages:
      
Nursery -- For infants (Ages birth - 17 mos.)  - Teacher: Jeannie Cox

Toddlers - (Ages 18 - 35 mos) - Teacher:  Connie Southerland
       
PreK-K (Children I) - (Ages 3 - 5 years) - Teacher:  Leanne Boyd

Children II & III - (Grades 1 -3) - Teacher: Cheryl Collett
                                                             
Preteens - (Grades 4 - 6) - Teacher:  Lois Pike

Nursery (during the morning service) - For infants (ages birth - 17 mos)

Toddler's Church - For children ages 18 - 35 mos, during the morning service.     

Children's Church -- For children ages 3 - 5 years, during the morning service.

 Junior Church -- Children ages 6-10 are dismissed halfway through the morning service.  They have a brief play/snack time in the gym before their Bible story/music/activity time.  For occasional special events, the children remain in the sanctuary with their parents for the entire service.

 



Midweek Ministries -- We provide, from Sept. - May, a discipleship program (Pioneer Clubs) designed for kids from age 2 through 6th grade on Wednesday nights at 7:00 PM.  Children in the following age groups participate in activities intended to help them learn to put "Christ in every aspect of life."

Skippers, ages 2-3
Scooters, ages 4-5
Voyagers, grades 1-2
Pathfinders, grades 3-4
Trailblazers, boys/girls, grades 5-6
